Job Description
Cemex USA is seeking a motivated and talented recent graduate to join their Talent Development Program (TDP). This 12-month program offers hands-on experience within the Cement division and will be integrated with other Cemex business units. Candidates will participate in safety excellence, rotational learning, skill development, networking, and innovation initiatives, with the goal of preparing them for a successful future at Cemex USA.
Requirements
- Recent Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic/Manufacturing Engineering, Mining/Materials Science Engineering or a related field.
- A GPA of 2.5 or higher. A GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Leadership qualities and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Up to 2 years of experience in the heavy or manufacturing industry (preferred).
- Willingness to relocate within the U.S. if needed.
