Job Description
Cemex USA is seeking motivated and talented recent graduates to join its Talent Development Program (TDP). The TDP program offers hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of Cemex's operations, with rotations through various roles within the Cement division. Responsibilities include safety excellence, rotational learning, skill development, networking, innovation, and leadership development.
Requirements
- Recent Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- GPA of 2.5 or higher
- Leadership qualities and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
- Analytical and presentation skills
- Fluency in Analytical and presentation skills
- Willingness to relocate within the U.S.
