Job Description
Cemex USA is seeking talented recent graduates for a 12-month Talent Development Program (TDP). The program offers hands-on experience within the Cement division, focusing on safety, technical skills, and leadership development through rotational learning and project-based activities. This is an entry-level position preparing graduates for a career with Cemex USA.
Requirements
- Recent Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- GPA of 2.5 or higher (Preference for 3.0 or higher)
- Leadership qualities and proactive approach to learning
- Analytical and presentation skills
- Technical proficiency (up to 2 years experience preferred)
- Willingness to relocate within the U.S.
