Job Description
Cemex USA is seeking motivated recent graduates to join their Talent Development Program (TDP). The TDP program will provide hands-on experience and knowledge across Cement operations, including Cement Manufacturing, Process Improvements, Quality & Reliability, and Data Management. It focuses on developing skills through project-based learning, rotational learning, and skill development.
Requirements
- Education: Recent bachelor’s degree in a related field
- GPA: 2.5 or higher, preference for 3.0 or higher
- Leadership Potential and Analytical/Problem-Solving Skills
- Communication Skills
- Technical Proficiency (up to 2 years of experience preferred)
- Flexibility to relocate within the US (if needed)
