The Analyst II, Grants Management role supports the financial and grants-related operations of CEO's $100M+ organizational portfolio. The role works on pre-award and post-award deliverables, preparing budgets, forecasts, reports, and analyses. The Analyst II will serve as the day-to-day contact for insights and analytics to the Senior Manager, Grants Management and Program Leadership.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years' experience in grants management pre and post-award activities, including grant budget preparation, grant reporting, and grant analysis, in the not-for-profit industry
- Foundational understanding of non-profit budgeting, planning, reporting, and costing/profitability methodologies and processes
- Familiarity with government, corporate, and foundation grant compliance
- Knowledge of grants management as it relates to compliance and reporting of government, corporate and foundation grants
- Knowledge of the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS), Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) and Financial Accounts Standards Board (FASB) pronouncements
- Strong computer skills, including high-level knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (Pivot tables and VLOOKUPs)
- Experience with Adaptive Insights or Intacct a plus
