Job Description
The Analyst II, Grants Management will support the financial and grants-related operations of CEO's $100M+ organizational portfolio. The role will assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, reports, and analyses that help leadership understand business performance, trends, compliance requirements, and financial outlooks.
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in grants management pre and post award activities
- Foundational understanding of non-profit budgeting, planning, reporting, and costing/profitability methodologies and processes
- Familiarity with government, corporate, and foundation grant compliance
- Knowledge of grants management as it relates to compliance and reporting of government, corporate, and foundation grants
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret raw data
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity
- Ability to build meaningful working relationships
- High degree of integrity and transparent handling of financial matters
