The Director I, Technical Assistance is responsible for shaping and executing CEO's strategy to expand income-supported reentry employment through field partnerships, intermediary strategies, and technical assistance. This role designs and operationalizes CEO's support for community-based organizations, public agencies, and workforce providers through advisory and intermediary services such as SNAP E&T implementation.
Requirements
- At least 6+ years of experience in policy or programming related to workforce, public benefits, and criminal justice
- Experience designing and delivering capacity-building programs or technical assistance at scale
- Familiarity with SNAP E&T, WIOA, or other public workforce funding programs and service delivery infrastructure
- Experience in research and data analysis as well as using findings to inform perspective and decision-making for the organization
- Experience managing large-scale projects, including setting goals, defining deliverables, overseeing timelines, and ensuring accountability to outcomes
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with public agencies, community-based organizations, and high-level public officials
- Ability to drive results both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to center equity, dignity, and inclusion in decision-making and partnership development
