Job Description
The Center for Justice Innovation is seeking a Case Manager, Supervised Release Program to oversee individuals participating in supervised release programs, ensuring compliance with program requirements, and providing supportive services. This role involves supervising participants, conducting outreach, providing case management, and collaborating with community partners to help individuals succeed in transitioning from incarceration to self-sufficiency. The Center aims to improve the quality of justice system through innovative programs.
Requirements
- Provide supervision and court monitoring for SRP participants.
- Work with participants to identify and address barriers to compliance.
- Conduct outreach to participants and collateral contacts.
- Maintain accurate data entry.
- Bachelor’s degree and two years direct practice experience.
- Experience in pretrial, court-based, or criminal legal system preferred.
- Experience working in a specialized branch of service (substance use, mental health, etc.) is valued.
- Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred.
