Job Description
CentraCare is hiring a full-time Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to work with our team at the Redwood Falls clinic.
Requirements
- Completion of a formal nurse practitioner or physician assistant program approved by a national accrediting agency
- Certified as a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant
- 1+ years of practice experience and a licensed NP or PA
- Current or pending licensure in the State of Minnesota, licensed to see pediatrics through geriatrics
- BLS Certification
