Job Description
ChargePoint is seeking a Roaming and OCPI Partner Manager to lead roaming partner management and operational activities for one of our software solutions in Europe. The role will involve working with third-party roaming partners and/or customers to monitor, investigate, and resolve technical issues. The candidate will also be a key point of contact for our customer experience team and will work closely with the wider Partner Management organisation.
Requirements
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Technical educational background is preferred but not essential
- At least 3 years of B2B work experience in an engineering, technical support, or other technical role
- Good understanding of databases (SQL) and of software systems
- Affinity for e-mobility and sustainability topics
