Job Description
Checkr is seeking a Manager of Commercial Account Executives to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role is a high-velocity position within a growth-oriented sales team, focused on inbound demand conversion, partner pipeline generation, and successful revenue generation. The team will collaborate to build a talent base through enablement and mentoring. Checkr has a strong track record of growth and innovation in the data platform space.
Requirements
- 4+ years of successful software sales management experience
- Experience selling in a consumption-based business model
- Demonstrable track record of above target performance
- Track record of enablement, performance management and coaching+mentoring process
- Operational attention to detail and forecasting consistency
- Understanding and use of a specific sales methodology (we use MEDDPICC)
- Deep prospecting experience and methodology
- People love working on your team, you cultivate a team mentality
- Experience managing a team via Salesforce
