Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in sales and customer service, preferably within an industrial or technical sales setting.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and apply product knowledge.
- Working knowledge of mechanical/electrical concepts and the ability to articulate how components fit and function.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP/ERM systems preferred.
- Knowledge of Salesforce preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and balance shifting priorities to satisfy customer requests.
- Capable of following standard work processes.
