Member Relationship Advisor

As a Member Relationship Advisor, you will accurately perform branch functions while providing exceptional member experience, identify member financial needs, and provide recommendations utilizing our products and services to serve those needs.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years' customer service and/or cash handling experience required
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Ability to write and speak effectively in English using correct spelling and grammar
• Basic math skills including the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages using a 10-key
• Proficient in the use of basic applications in a Windows-based environment, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent customer service skills
