Member Support Representative

Chevron Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Support Representative to deliver excellent member experiences by responding to member inquiries in a courteous, professional, and highly accurate manner. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping people and has exceptional interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Answer calls and provide information to members and potential members on Credit Union membership, products, and services
• Process basic non-cash financial transactions and account maintenance
• Handle basic internet and mobile banking requests
• Generate member interest in Credit Union products and services
• Research information to resolve member requests and concerns
• Adhere to security and confidentiality protocols and operational procedures
• Document member interactions accurately and clearly in our Customer Relationship Management system
