Chew is a mission-driven food and beverage innovation company seeking a Culinary Scientist to support the culinary direction within the team and provide technical expertise in assigned projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Food Science/ Culinology®/ Culinary Arts or related field
• 5-10 years of relevant professional experience within the food and beverage industry
• Hands-on experience in development of food formulation using laboratory instrumentation, pilot plant equipment, and scale-up a plus
