Job Description
FSRI is seeking a part-time APRI Wellness Specialist to provide holistic support for people living with HIV, focusing on building relationships and connecting them to relevant resources. This role involves administration of the Food Pantry and Nutrition Program, as well as collaboration with Dieticians. The specialist will be the main point of contact for clients in this underserved area.
Requirements
- Committed to and enthusiastic about FSRI's mission.
- Equipped to work with multicultural and diverse populations.
- Knowledge of healthcare systems, social services, and basic needs.
- Possess a working knowledge of the social determinants of health.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, EMR proficiency).
- Ability to travel.
- Community Health Worker certification (or certification within one year).
