As VP of Customer Success, you'll lead the company to aggressive revenue retention and expansion targets. The role requires 20+ years of commercial leadership experience, a proven history of building and scaling Customer Success organizations, and experience driving upsell, cross-sell, and pricing expansion. You'll design scalable playbooks and operating cadences anchored in customer value realization, and build a top-tier Customer Success organization.
