We are seeking an experienced Senior Compensation Analyst to lead the development, implementation, and administration of global compensation programs at Cornerstone OnDemand.

Requirements

• 5+ years of compensation experience
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and compliance requirements
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on time
