Job Description
As a Compensation Analyst at Swift Transportation, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to support the company's compensation programs, conducting salary surveys, and ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Compensation, Human Resources, and/or HRIS, and possess exceptional communication and analytical skills.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Compensation, Human Resources and/or HRIS
- Must possess exceptional communication skills
- Must possess strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Must be knowledgeable of state and federal regulations relative to compensation programs
- Must be proficient in extracting data from HR systems and compiling reports
