Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Apartment Unit Turn Technician to ensure that vacated apartment homes are swiftly and thoroughly prepared for new residents. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering clean, functional, and move-in ready units that meet our community’s high standards.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in apartment maintenance, unit turns, or make-ready services
- In-depth understanding of apartment turn processes and timelines
- Proficient in: Basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair, Drywall patching, painting, and finish work, Light carpentry, hardware replacement, and fixture installation, Deep cleaning and janitorial procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work
- Able to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Clear and professional communication with team members and supervisors
- Willingness to support weekend or emergency turnover needs, if required
