We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-obsessed CRM Specialist who’s passionate about helping people across the UK make better financial decisions.
Requirements
- Build, run, and optimise multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push, WhatsApp, in-app) from setup to launch and reporting.
- Use real-time data to target the right users with personalised, timely messages across channels.
- Execute A/B tests, dynamic content, and modular templates to drive maximise monetisation while ensuring user attrition isn’t negatively impacted.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to craft communications that inform, inspire, and convert.
- Support testing and implementation of new CRM features, automation, and personalisation capabilities.
