We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead improvements across our Home Lending journeys at ClearScore. This is a hybrid role spanning customer-facing UX, internal tools, and adviser workflow optimisation.
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Manager working on digital journeys, internal tools, or operationally complex workflows.
- Strong analytical skills — able to dig into funnel data, user behaviour and operational metrics.
- Experience shaping discovery with non-technical partners.
- Experience setting direction, objectives and a roadmap for your team
- Excellent communication skills, particularly when aligning cross-functional teams.
- Confident decision-maker who can prioritise, iterate and make progress in incomplete information environments.
