We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist - Escalations to join our Global Customer Support team, processing escalated queries via email. The ideal candidate has a few years of Customer Service experience in Finance, Financial Services or a related field.
Requirements
- Strong writing skills
- Excellent command of English language
- Customer support experience in Fintech, Financial Services or similar environment
- Customer obsessed
- Passionate about helping people and resolving queries
- Keen attention to detail and analytical skills
- Time management and personal organisation skills with the ability to multitask
- Experience in working towards service targets
- Willingness to learn and experiment
- Experience using CRM tools like Zendesk
