Requirements
- Leadership experience managing high performing teams of up to 7 engineers
- Ability to flexibly switch between hands-on technical involvement and strategic thinking
- Expert understanding of modern agile practices
- Robust technical and operational knowledge of the latest industry technologies and best practices
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality solutions that meet or exceed business requirements
