Climate Action is seeking a Client Success Manager to manage and grow relationships with key partners, ensuring a high-quality experience that creates measurable value for both partners and Climate Action. The role involves account management, onboarding, and collaboration with internal departments to deliver outstanding client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Account management for key clients to ensure contractual obligations are met, client satisfaction is improved, and retention is enhanced
- Conduct onboarding calls with partners
- Create and maintain campaign trackers, outlining deliverables and deadlines
- Create and update key resources and collateral for partners
- Maintain accurate records of client contact details and engagement, collating and distributing inbound leads
