Client Success Manager

We're looking for a Client Success Manager to join our Product organisation and help unlock the full potential of our Client Travel Ecosystem. The successful candidate will sit at the intersection of Product, Tech, Commercial, and Data, shaping and delivering a product-led success strategy for our most strategic global clients.

Requirements

• Proven results in a Client Success or Product Client Success role
• Experience working within or closely alongside Product, Marketing and Commercial teams
• Understanding of Client Product-Led Growth
• Experience working with major enterprise clients
• Familiarity with agile delivery models
