Job Description
ClinChoice is seeking a dynamic Assistant, Human Resources to join their in-house team. The role focuses on maintaining a quality, collaborative, and work-life balance culture. Responsibilities include onboarding, HR process adherence, data security, communication, and various HR tasks.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of Labor Code and applicable regulations of the Republic of Armenia
- Knowledge/awareness of PIMS, ISMS, QMS, MD-QMS coordination
- Good understanding of full HR processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
