Job Description
We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Lead who will drive Clio’s company-wide strategic alignment, oversee our goal-setting (OKR) program, and independently lead high-visibility, complex strategic projects.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, management consulting, or a related strategic function.
- Proven experience running organizational goal-setting or OKR programs at scale.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
