Job Description
CLS Living is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to provide excellent customer service to residents and maintain the property. The role involves cleaning occupied units, maintaining grounds, and ensuring resident satisfaction through timely completion of work orders and adherence to safety standards. Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience managing building systems in student housing
- At least 1 year experience with building automation systems and life safety systems
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines
- Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive and willing to challenge the status quo
- Criminal background and drug screening
