Executive Chef

The Clubs of Peachtree City & Newnan are seeking a dynamic Executive Chef to lead all Kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective culinary experiences. This role involves menu planning, food preparation, staff management, and maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. The Chef will also be responsible for maintaining profitability and exceeding culinary and quality expectations, while also providing excellent dining experiences to members.

Requirements

• Plan meals and create menus based on guest preferences and event needs.
• Oversee food preparation and ensure quality standards are met.
• Manage food and labor costs, and manage inventory.
• Recruit, interview, and hire kitchen personnel.
• Implement and supervise adherence to company policies and ensure a safe work environment.
