Executive Chef

Invited is seeking a dynamic Executive Chef to lead all Kitchen operations at Nags Head Golf Links. This role involves planning menus, overseeing food preparation, managing the procurement of ingredients, and supervising the kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations, and contributing to financial performance. Collaboration with other departments and member feedback are essential for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years as an Executive Chef.
• Valid county food handler’s and ServeSafe permit.
• Proficiency with a point-of-sale system.
• Knowledge of kitchen operations, food cost budgeting and effective management of kitchen departments
