Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive enterprise growth, manage complex sales cycles, and lead deal closure. As a catalyst for data-driven innovations, you will bring in-depth experience in enterprise software solution sales and successfully manage a team to achieve ambitious annual growth targets. You will work in a hybrid model with three days in the office and two days at home, with direct access to the management board and a key role in shaping the company's growth direction.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in B2B sales of complex software solutions
- Proven ability to manage an annual sales volume of at least 3 million euros
- Experience with modern stakeholder management and working in interdisciplinary teams
- Strong communication skills in German and English
