Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking a Sales Division Director to lead the sales centers and achieve overall sales and financial goals. The ideal candidate will have a strategic sales background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Requirements

• Assist sales center managers in developing and mentoring a team to achieve high performance and a team-oriented environment.
• Conduct trade visits with the sales leaders and team members to recognize results and identify gaps that will address customer service and sales opportunities.
• Grow revenue through volume and net pricing
• Grow gross profit through product mix, reduced cost of goods, volume and net pricing.
• Control and monitor operating expenses
