Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales
- Proven track record of leading teams to exceed quotas
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale sales processes
- Strong understanding of consultative sales cycles and into healthcare decision-makers
- Exceptional motivational and coaching skills
- Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred
- Experience managing national or multi-territory coverage models
