Job Description
The Senior Sales Manager role at MarQueen Hotel involves meeting and exceeding sales goals, achieving revenue targets, and creating exceptional experiences for clients. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hospitality sales experience and possess extensive knowledge and expertise in sales and event management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hospitality sales experience
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in sales and/or event management
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
- Strong interpersonal influence skills, including coaching, motivating, delegating, and relationship-building
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of hospitality sales platforms (a plus)
- Ability to travel (including air or car, hotel overnight stays, and client entertainment)
