The Sous Chef at Woven Seafood and Chophouse will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, developing procedures to ensure high standards, and ensuring timely and courteous follow-through on client, guest, and team member requests. The ideal candidate will have a culinary arts degree and/or equivalent training, 7+ years of industry experience, and 2+ years of experience in culinary management.

- Excellent business communication skills

- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other computer programs
- State Food Handler's License(s)
