Evening Shift Residential Case Manager (Crisis Stabilization Facility)

Our team is seeking new Residential Case Managers to support clients receiving specialized mental health care at an indoor/outdoor therapeutic facility in Kaneohe, Hawaii. Case Managers will develop treatment plans, coordinate with psychiatrists and addiction specialists, and facilitate community integration, while maintaining a close-knit team environment. No on-call responsibilities are expected.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Health, Nursing, Counseling, or a related field (preferred)
• 6-12 months of supervised experience
• Experience with populations such as severely mentally ill (SMI), developmentally disabled (DD), elderly, children, or other special needs populations (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving abstract (preferred)
