Overnight Residential Mental Health Case Manager (Crisis Stabilization Facility)

CER Family is expanding its team and seeking full-time and part-time individuals for overnight mental health case managers at Ekolu, a crisis stabilization facility in Kaneohe, Hawaii. These case managers develop treatment relationships with clients, obtain necessary services and support, and maintain detailed documentation. Case managers also host skill-building and recreational groups onsite. The role is onsite, 24/7, requiring no on-call responsibilities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Health, Nursing, Counseling (or similar degree with coursework)
• 6-12 months of supervised experience with SMI/SPMI, developmentally disabled, elderly, children, or other special needs populations (preferred)
• Clean driving abstract, valid driver’s license, and safety check
• Passion for helping people, strong communication skills, and time management abilities
