Job Description
Compass is seeking an ETB Partnership & Delivery Lead in Ireland's Education & Training Boards (ETBs) to build strong relationships, ensure their solutions are aligned with ETB needs, and position Compass as a credible partner. The role involves proactive engagement, securing ETB budgets, supporting tenders, and contributing to internal knowledge sharing. They will be a key liaison between Compass and ETBs, acting as a trusted advisor.
Requirements
- Strategic engagement with ETB leadership teams.
- Proactive contact via ETBI and sector conferences.
- Partnering with sales and bid teams on tenders.
- Providing sector intelligence on competitor positioning.
- Collaborating with Customer Success and Implementation.
- Building and strengthening internal knowledge of the ETB sector.
