Job Description
Compass is a real estate platform revolutionizing the industry through an end-to-end service. They are seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to support the company’s people strategy, serving as a key influence on people policies, procedures, and resources. The role will focus on building a strong company culture, mentoring employees, and ensuring employee engagement and retention.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5+ years of HR experience
- Strong understanding of policy, compliance, and precedent
- Skilled in program and project management
- Uses data and insights to inform decisions
- Strong business acumen and communication skills
- Highly organized and adaptable
- Experience in employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Worked with Workday experience is a plus
