Job Description
Compass is revolutionizing the real estate industry with its end-to-end platform. They are seeking an Agent Experience Manager to be the first point of contact for customers, providing account management, training, marketing support, and acting as a mentor for onboarding teams. This is a fully in-office role in Austin, Texas.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations
- Previous experience in real estate a plus
- Previous experience with live or virtual training a plus
- Previous experience working with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) a plus
- Passion for supporting and serving agents
