Job Description
Compass is revolutionizing the real estate industry with their end-to-end platform. They are seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to support their business strategy, guiding employees and leadership in people decision frameworks, policy development, and employee relations. This is a 100% office-based role within a growing company, focused on building a great workplace and aligning people strategy with business goals.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 5+ years of HR experience
- Strong understanding of policy, compliance, and precedent
- Skilled in program and project management
- Data and insights-driven decision making
- Strong business acumen and communication skills
- Highly organized and adaptable
- Experience in employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution
