Job Description
Compass is revolutionizing the real estate industry with its end-to-end platform. This People & Culture Business Partner role focuses on guiding the company's people strategy to support business goals, serving as a key leader in employee relations, and championing a great place to work. The role requires a strategic advisor to business leaders and will build and manage HR policies and processes. This is a 100% in-office position.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 5+ years of HR experience
- Strong understanding of policy, compliance, and precedent
- Skilled in program and project management
- Data and insights to inform decisions
- Strong business acumen and communication skills
- Highly organized and adaptable
- Experience in employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution
