Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare recruiting (clinic, hospital, or medical office preferred)
- Proven success sourcing passive candidates
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple openings and priorities
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals
- Experience using ATS platforms (UKG, JazzHR or similar)
