Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience repairing laptops, desktops, tablets, and/or iPhones
- At least one relevant certification (CompTIA A+ preferred, ACMT, ACiT, Lenovo, HP, Dell, Toshiba, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality repair work
- Comfort with both written and verbal communication
- Reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, or Google Suite
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support teammates and team goals
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs on a consistent basis
