Job Description
The IT Asset Management Coordinator will be responsible for the execution of diagnostics, facilitation of client’s assets life cycles, and support of IT Logistics and repairs processes.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service role
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Familiarity with device repairs and/or shipping and receiving
- Netsuite or applicable SaaS experience is a plus
