Job Description
The IT Asset Management Coordinator will be responsible for executing diagnostics, facilitating client's assets life cycles, and supporting the beginning clerical stages of the IT Logistics and repairs processes.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service role
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Familiarity with device repairs and/or shipping and receiving
