Job Description
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will lead team members to identify, manage, and execute the plant's process improvement opportunities. You will manage production staff to attain production and quality goals. Identify problems or bottlenecks in production processes and resolve issues.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Three years or more supervisory experience
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
- SAP experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Food Science, Agricultural Sciences, or other Natural Science degrees preferred
