Requirements
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Finished at least 1 year in College
- At least 2 years of BPO experience with at least 1 year in BPO Sales
- Self-motivated individual with proven ability to work in a target-based environment and to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Knowledge in customer service principles and practices and of call center telephony and technology
- Excellent phone and active listening skills
- Good data entry and typing skills
- Stress tolerance and resilient
- Excellent organization skills with solid work ethic
- Coachable and positive attitude
- A team player and can get along with other people
- Willing to be part of a Sales Account
