Seller Support Specialist (Italian-speaking) - Global e-Commerce

As a Seller Support Specialist, you will support our client's different areas of social media, ensuring client guidelines, promoting, and actively participating in the service improvements provided to all users.

Requirements

• Fluent in Italian (C1) and English (B2)
• College degree or equivalent diploma
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or support with experience in telesales, account management, or customer success roles
• Strong understanding of e-commerce
• Experience working with call center (voice and non-voice) and service industry
• Ability to work as a team member and independently
• Fluency with social media products and basic understanding of digital advertising
